Road Fill is a high strength polymer modified Bitumen emulsion with key ingredients. It is a cold mix application that is cost-effective, simple to use that provides permanent pavement repairs including Pot Holes, Utility cuts, edge repairs and manhole surrounds.

Road Fill contains no contaminants and is safe for Human handling without the need of any protective clothing.
Application Method:
1. Demarcate area and clear Pot Hole from any loose debris
2. Mix 800ml Road Fill liquid with pre-packaged aggregate and bring up to OMC by adding water.
3. Fill pothole and compact to 100% mod AASHTO
4. Pour in 200ml Road Fill surface enrichment and float for even distribution

1 x Water Proof bag with 25kg Aggregate (Slag or 12mm RAP)
1 x 1lt Polymerised Bitumen liquid

1 x Float (Normal Builders float is fine)
1 x Water container

Shelf Life: Unlimited – Aggregate and Polymerised Bitumen liquid comes in 1 x 25kg bag. The liquid and the aggregate are separated for unlimited shelf life. The bags are water resistant.
No Stripping: No stripping of aggregate once mixed and compacted
Film Thickness: The Polymerised Bitumen mix creates a better Film Thickness and Matrix around the soil particles compared to traditional products used.
